British pianist Paul Roberts' multiple career takes him around the world, where he is in great demand for his lecture-recitals and masterclasses. He is recording the complete piano music of Debussy. The first CD in the series received a four-star recommendation from Classic CD magazine – ‘probably the most desirable modern recording of the Preludes currently available in the UK’. He is the author of a celebrated book on Debussy, Images: The Piano Music of Claude Debussy (Amadeus Press) and Reflections: The Piano Music of Maurice Ravel. Paul Roberts teaches at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, London, where he is an honorary Fellow; and at the Royal Northern College of Music, Manchester.
